Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Landlord Safety Certificate Checks Ltd. By booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

We provide property safety inspection and certification services including, but not limited to, Gas Safety (CP12), Electrical (EICR), Energy (EPC), Fire Safety, and related compliance services across London.

2. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is taken securely at the time of booking. Prices displayed include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out charge.

4. Access

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure our engineer has safe and reasonable access to the property and relevant appliances at the agreed time. Failed appointments due to lack of access may be chargeable.

5. Certificates & Remedial Work

Where an inspection identifies defects, we will provide a report and, where applicable, a quote for remedial work. Certificates are issued digitally, typically within 24 hours of a satisfactory inspection.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or issues outside the scope of the booked inspection.
